How do I sign up for rewards?

To sign up for rewards, simply log into your account or register an account and click on the purple REWARDS button on the screen.

How do I earn rewards?

When you click on the purple rewards button, there is a list of tasks you can complete that will earn you your very first reward!  Additionally, you also earn one point for every dollar you spend.

What are referrals?

Earn even more with referrals!  Click on the purple REWARDS button then on Referrals.  You will see your unique referral code.  Give this code to everyone you know!  When they order using your code, they can earn their own rewards and you get rewarded too.  You will receive a coupon for $5 off of $15 AND 50 points!

What rewards will I get?

It only takes 100 points to earn a reward.  You will receive a coupon for $10 off your $20 purchase!

How do I redeem my rewards?

Redeem rewards by clicking on the purple REDEEM button, then on CLAIM.  Click on the $10 off coupon.  This will generate a coupon code that starts with a "G".  Enter that coupon code in the gift card or discount code section of your cart during the check out process. (We suggest copy and pasting it.)

I've entered my coupon code at checkout, but I'm getting an error. (A discount has been applied to this order. You can’t add another discount.)

Rewards and discount codes cannot be stacked and cannot be used when you have sale items in your cart.  Don't worry, you did not lose your rewards!

I claimed a reward but didn't use it.  Did I lose my points?

Absolutely not!  Claiming a reward cashes in your points in exchange for a coupon code that starts with a "G".  You should receive an email with the coupon code, but you can also find it when you are logged into your account on the website.  Click the purple REWARDS button.  Next to your name in the upper right hand corner, you will see three horizontal lines.  Click on them, then select "Redeem History" from the drop down menu.  There, you will see all of the coupons you have redeemed.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
